Enviro News Asia, Jakarta – Minister of Forestry Raja Juli Antoni stated that the Free Health Check-Up (PKG) program initiated by President Prabowo Subianto is not only being implemented in urban areas but also in rural areas and for communities living near forest borders.
“For villages bordering forests, the Ministry of Forestry will collaborate with the Ministry of Health to ensure that the Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in those areas provide services to the local population,” said the Minister of Forestry while attending the first day of the Free Health Check-Up program at Cengkareng Community Health Center, West Jakarta, on Monday, February 10, 2025. The Minister was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Forestry Sulaiman Umar, Senior Expert at the Presidential Communication Office Hamdan Hamedan, and Director-General of Pharmacy and Medical Devices at the Ministry of Health Rizky Andalusia.
The Minister of Forestry emphasized that from elementary to high school and even university, we often hear the wise saying that prevention is better than cure. “Now, this great idea is being implemented through President Prabowo Subianto’s program, which starts today,” said Raja Juli Antoni.
Through the Free Health Check-Up program, anyone can receive health services according to their birth date and month. “So, the Free Health Check-Up is the most beautiful birthday gift from President Prabowo,” Raja Juli remarked.
To access the Free Health Check-Up service, the public can register through the Satu Sehat application, which can be downloaded via the Play Store or Apple Store. “Residents can also register via the Ministry of Health’s WhatsApp chatbot at 0811-10500567,” Raja Juli added. Subsequently, residents can undergo free health check-ups according to the scheduled appointments.
